Week 8

Week 8 of WPC will start with the news on the All Stars and A welcome to a new blogger in Kev who will along with me start doing match recaps and he might add a few things of his own, you never know. Ok before i talk about last weeks matches where EPL pulled out nick was removed as admin for not doing anything and roger winning last weeks 1v1 with yet another Cybershark in heather in second i will tell you about the All Stars. This will be over 4 days and will finish with gold giveaway boot em tourney where each captain will pick 2 players and they will shoot in order of finishing in regular season. This will be completely up to the captains to pick two players from each team for this gold for a year giveaway and the players must have at least 2 games in WPC this season. The other All stars events are for the top 12 players going by stats from week 4 in WPC so these events are the top 12 split into 6 and a 6v6 played winner going on to the Admins vs players these WILL BE ON THE MONDAY AND TUESDAY THE WEEK AFTER NEXT then on the wednesday will be a reg 8 camtasia tourney with the boot em finishing off 4 days of All star action. EPL have now pulled out leaving 8 teams for 6 places and I think MP and CS will ultimatly miss out and we will see PFN, LS AND DC fight this out in a three way battle.

This has turned into a bonus match where it will be actually be very close with tino, sergio, master bangz and korban. DC have lewis, neale, real fkin deal and uber geeky. This will be where either team in DC or LPL will show there play off credentials and the other will fail. Of course one more option is a stale mate and lewis uber and real win and tino sergio and korban win bbut i really cant see this and I think LPL are in form at the moment and will take this match in a last game clinch.

This is a great match up with PFN in form and BNR on the back of a great win last week have one of the few unbeaten plays in wpc at the moment on a streak of 4 with no loss and then you have jason obviously and simon then there is trumpersized, Redhot and dina and also annie for PFN you have oggie, kev, jamie and sean and i can see a easy win if it isnt i have to say that theres nothing that was obvious andway the score? based on numbers form and who u have on feel at the moment.

-------MATCH OF THE WEEK AND UPSET SPECIAL--------

This is such a open match up as CS who have been getting closer and closer to THAT first win could well do it this week as PP are still looking shakey. Marky from PP hardly plays for them in this and hes there best player. YOUNGFAME has been PP's most constistant player and looks to have learnt to start behaving. Then theres Danielle who has been ultra consistant in the playing terms. CS however are always polite they have come on leaps and bounds this season and me and Kev the HA really hopes the best league for sportsmanship stays in for next season. JAG, Heather, Shark.huntress and Bri if these 4 show and play to there best, by that I mean Linda plays them where they like to be played and PP captain whoever that is plays wrong or there players are having a bad day then CS WILL pick up the Win and relegate last seasons champions MP to last.

What can I make of MP's season after they won there first big interleague title. Well its was obviously a fluke and no offence to MP here but if it wasn't for Mike or Ian you would rarely win a game they are you BIG AND ONLY TWO players for you although this season they aint won much lol. Ians actually not won at all this season but it was him and Mike last season that won you the WPC title so this season cause they have been below standard for once MP had no one to step into the plate and produce the Wins needed for a sustained title run. LS on the other hand WOW bev has really turned this team around in the WPC season they beat EPL because EPL were being jerks and went top with no losses and they are my bet for the Playoffs. Bev must make sure she gets players eligable as stats from week 5 will only count as Dave didnt give weeks 1,2,3 and 4 stats but even with a C team out here she will take LS to the win with ease especially as LS are at home.

We start off the night with DC vs PP...PP didn't waste any time picking their first player pp_n00b.sh0ts..neale responds right back with dc_sexxy_fatality..this one here started off as your usual make a couple miss a couple game but when pp player shot and missed like a noob dc took advantage and took the fatal run batta bing batta boom batta bang and yes it was sexxy 8 ball top right corner pocket 1-0 DC...game 2 after sitting around waiting for Danielle to finally call a player it took her 7 Min's to decide she was gonna play on the PP side of the table...Neale then responds with a crazy lady much like her opponent Danielle pp_xp.inkyx vs dc_crazy.lady77...crazy lady starts off going for the run and with 3 balls left she hands the stick over to Danielle who oddly enough does the same exactly thing runs it down to 3 balls and gives the stick back...this time when crazy lady gets the stick its home free 3 easy balls and then the 8..she sinks 1,she sinks 2 but hey that bottom rail to make the Q ball go right you need left English she uses right English and bad setup on ball #3
and she hands the stick back..a few shoots and snooks later danielle has BIH and is looking to make this 1-1 cuz this is too easy...again obviously not that easy she also uses wrong english to give her a bad set up and then after 7 minutes of tryin to set up the bank she shoots and miss but still leaves DC with a bad shot dc crazy lady safeties think she has no shot but instead she says yahoo yahoo let this fall show DC who is the craziest of them all she nails the double Q bank 8 ball bottom middle we're tied 1-1...Game 3 would see pp_ms_Dina_mite vs dc_alexr13666..nothing really interesting took place in this match another normal shoot n miss shoot n make game but Dina found the 8 ball first to make it a 2-1 lead for PP...game 4 is a must win for DC to stay within grabs of PP its pp_nick_ownzz vs dc_nealejess401 and we have a cam match folks this one looked to be over quickly but neale after deciding to run and messing that up then changes his mind to safety but he has 2 balls on left side of table with nick having 5 on the right side of table, and folks I'm not sure if Ur aware of this or not but when you don't have as many objects to hit as your opponent your chances of not giving BIH become slim to none..which was the case here and very nice tries from Neal but he just couldn't do it...with 4 balls on table nick shoots 3 of them like a pro then the easiest of the 4 he goofs it off the side rail leaves a wide open 8 ball shot for Neale and DC does what they needed to do and ties this game back up at deuces..game 5 we would see pp_mvp_croz vs dc_real_fkin_deal,this was a quick and easy one to call, dc goes for run misses 2ND to last ball MVP shows why hes a MVP he goes for run and he doesn't miss PP back out front 3-2..now its game six with pp_YOUNG FAME to take the big W and win it 4-2 or dc_ll_ewis to make sure they don't take another loss on their record and at least get a point out of this,the ref boots Moe from the table just as hes called(my hand slipped from invite to boot..it was an accident)..Lewis says he wins lol and i invited Moe back because for the first time in his YPool career he didn't do nething to get booted its just became habit to boot him...this match again nothing really spectacular happened Lewis went for the run first newb'd it Moe tries to run it back and gets that awful rail that yahoo doesn't like for us to get and Lewis gets another try and this time he shows why they call him the Englishman,not only is he from the UK but he uses perfect English to end this match at 3-3 and grab 1 point for DC for a tie game..3-3 is your final score
