Early look at the playoffs and a round up of last week with a set of predictions for the week 5

BEFORE I START THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH BOOTING IN THE INTERLEAGUE MATCHES, TO STOP THIS WE URGE 2 PEOPLE TO ALWAYS SIT AT THE TABLE LABLED FOR WPC TO STOP THESE IDIOTS SITTING IF THEY ARE IN ROOM PLEASE MAKE THE TABLES PRIVATE AND GET THE INVITES SENT TO JOIN IT PLZ THANKYOU

Welcome to another Sports Scene where we had a interesting week last week with a team being thrown out and the result being reversed, Poolfiction drew level on points with Pool CueZ in the Eastern conference. This is a wonderful acheivement as they have both played one game less than most but yet still find themselves two points clear of Rank Monster and 4 points clear of last seasons Champions Latino Pool Legends. PFN and PCZ WILL finish one and two its just the order they finish in which will be important and that is next weeks Match of the Week in which i will be reffing. LPL, RM and SP are challenging for the final two places in the Eastern Conference for the playoffs. Now SP have picked up dan but will he be able to play in WPC only time will tell. SP and LPL i feel will get the final two spots but RM are in the prime position of third and will do anything to hold on to it. Pool Dragonz are building for next seasona nd they have one of the best attitudes to Interleague Matches i can remember, maybe some of Freedom should have took lessons of Pool Dragonz.

In the Western Conference any of the 6 teams left could get to playoffs what with Freedom out. Cuemasters are now at 4-0 after they were awarded the win against FR last week and they have to look good to possably win this conference, espeicially now with Luke(enabled) coming back for them. They lie 2 points clear of High Timez who again i think look very very good for a playoff spot here and are strong all throughout there squad of players. Chris has done good since taking the captaincy over when badboy left. Luckyshots after being tonked 5-1 to HT first game of the season have come out strong since then and it resulted in LS beating DS last week real bad 5-1. Dead Strokes though have too much quality and will also go to the playoffs which leaves 1 of 3 for the other place. MP have been awful, lets be honest they have done well in PRO,IPA but not WPC this season they will come good though but i feel it will be too late. SS are the team to challenge DS, They have a big squad and look good in IPA but its not clicking in WPC for some reason. This wont always be the case but i think they will just miss out on the playoffs, but theres still a long way to go.

Theres just the 5 matches this week with LPL and LS getting the week off and SS getting a 6-0 win as FR are out.

Match 1

Dead Strokes @ Magic Pool

Date and Time: Monday 15th Dacember @ 7pm

Room: Advanced Lounge 2

This is a good match to start off with. Deadstrokes who have played really well at stages this season will be smarting after losing 5-1 last week and will see Magic Pool as a way to fight back and get back in the hunt for the regular championshipship in which HT and CM seem to be pulling away but as they both play each other this week this will be so important for Rick, Roy and Co. to beat MP and beat them good. MP on the other hand wont want this and will try there hardest to get there first win in 2 seasons here. Jordy must have thought he had it last week but a inspired HT comeback stopped MP short. IF and thats a big IF MP are gonna win this they need the 'A' game as Roy espeicially is on FIRE this season. I see DS taking this but not without a scare.

Sexy Poolerz @ Rank Monster

Date and Time: Monday 15th December @ 7pm

Room: Intermediate Lounge

This was almost Match of the week this week, there could have been 3 MOFTW's but this is still one to watch. SP are trying to hunt down LPL and RM and with LPL on week off, this the last match before we head into the christmas break could define SP's season, win this and it hink they will go on to clinch a playoff birth. Lose and RM will break away and will also give LPL the upper hand. RM need all there players to be eligable and they need to bring players like Sable, SPC_elite and there best player this season, spc_kleanz. SP need the regulars of Ketan, Ste and Danny. They have picked up Dan too but will he be allowe dinto WPC we will see. That will probably go to the vote and the assurance that he is going to behave himself.

Yes for the first ever time in WPC a joint match of the week and this is going to be a corker its undefeated CM vs the surprise of the season High timez. Both should now from here get to the playoffs and CM if they carry on will go on to win the conference. Lisa has Luke(enabled),sic_pool, The_booze man and lisa herself as CM make a major attack on winning the WPC world Cup season 3. High Timez however since that first game where they stuffed LS in ogges first match of the week they havent looked back and will keep going and going and going i feel they have some good players in wv420man and yvettechen2001 who are 2-1 and will look also to the experience of mickey(imhigher) to win this very tight match.

Yeah baby! the two heavyweights of the WPC season 3 so far in PCZ and PFN now face each other ina battle royale with Kev taking on fellow admin Danielle and in the middle of all the mayhem is me as ref. How will this game go? well PCZ have shown they are hot! taking out teams like RM and LPL. PN have taken down SP 6-0! PDZ 6-0 and they got a 6-0 bye last week. PFN have not dropped a game and with the likes of ROger, Sean, Kerry and Stu all playing out of there skins Danielle will need the likes of Croz(1-0), lil_sparky(3-0), Sniper.stylez(2-1) and Pommy ofcourse who is at (3-0). PFN and PCZ will be close and i think it will have several momentum swings and will no doubt come down to luck. Can kev even bring jamie to the match i dont know. Will Pommy beat sean if he plays him i dont think so. PFN i feel have the abilty to beat this Pool Cuez team but PCZ have a way of grinding out results this is close so i will go for who i think has the better players and thats only one team in my book.

I guess Kev hasnt been playing too well as he hasnt called himself to play yet.
