Week 3 Recap and Week 4 predictions

Hello again from the WPC Sports Scene and I am Jason reporting on another FANTASTIC week 3 which had it all! Tantrums from Freedom who have now left us! Ablow out no one predicted but PFN were Cock a hoot! We had a tie and a PCZ win again profiting on Rankmonster not having there games in! So lets crack on with the Recap.

Monday saw High Timez take on Dead Strokes and DS raced into a 2-0 lead and looked like they were going to stroll to the finish but then up stepped Mickey and started to make High Timez think about things, once they did they got themselves back into it and got a very well deserved draw.

Tuesday saw three matches and two were BLOW OUTS! Regul8ors wasnt ready so that gave LPL a 6-0 bye win and got them back into the race, I hope Regul8ors are ready this week

Rank Monster lost to Pool Cuez because they didnt have the weekly games in but this will all change this week theres no way it will happen again.

The one match that actually went ahead was Cue Masters vs Straight Shots who was captained by Steven this week, Straight Shots took a 1-0 lead when john, playing in his first interleague in some time defeated naughty.chris. This was very quickly put back on a even keal when shelle beat dbl.shots. So 1-1 and then sic.pool won a very good game against smartman, but yet again it was made 2-2 very quickly when pool scorpion defeated cydjabbo. After that tho Enabled and sexy cutie made it 3-2 and 4-2to take CM to the win.

On wednesday LS beat FR as FR's 6th player Corey was DQ'ed for playing a tourney game after being called and sitting...........AT this point i must point out if you are the home team and u call before the away team thats your tough luck a calll is a call and thats why he was DQ'ed. 4-2 to LuckyShots.

The match of the week was no match of the week at all! SP and PFN looked close on paper but the match was a blow out! PFN bought a stacked team and SP's team wasnt too shabby either! Kerry got things going by beating King, Lewis then beat Ste and RyRy made it 3-0 by beating generation. So who was on clinch? Stu played Danny and well stu won that one 4-0 to PFN and SP were shell shocked to add insult to injury ogges and Derek beat Aaron and Ketan.

So there was my best efforts at recaps from what i have been told happened now onto the main event the Predictions!

Match 1

Pool Dragonz @ Sexy Poolerz

Monday starts with 1 match all night, PDZ take on SP with SP looking for a big revenge mission after being tonked 6-0 by PFN. Will king bring a stacked team? you bet he will want to win here and WIN BIG. Ketan, Danny and pool.chicky will really look to win here against a gutsy Pool Dragonz team who will really go for it this week and play the match in a great spirit, working hard and i see them winning 2 games here! SP are jsut too strong and win this in 5!

Straight Shots @ Magic Pool

This is a match of two teams not really performing this season. MP have not won a WPC match since they won the whole of season one! With a team with Ian, Mick, Jordy and Danny in you would think they would be sitting better than last place with out a win this season. SS on the other hand are storming the WPC expo standings but are struggling in the 6v6 however they are stronger than MP and have a bigger squad of players. I would look for SS to bring Craig and Steven and Shee and take this pretty easily as MP cant buy a win at the moment.

Rank Monster @ Latino Pool Legends

What can i make of Rank Monster? Well they are going to perform better than last week, Brian is a good player and has good players available to him for this season, however they come up against a team who won it last season and are starting to find there form again like normal and this seaoson Tino, Chex, Player Dude and Korben will want to show and play to win this match to show they are in with a shot of winning the WPC World Cup again this season. RM wont have enough this match.

Dead Strokes @ Lucky Shots

MAtch of the week billing goes to Dead Strokes who if they beat Lucky Shots will pull clear with High Timez however LS can get right in the mix with a big win this week. DS will need the judge, Rick and co. If they will have a chance at LS's home, they need to be able to matcht he players LS have at that night. I see both Bev and Rick bringing there top 6 here and its going to be close. DS will draw with LS here i feel.
