Wednesday and Thursday Picks

Okay Jason done Monday and Tuesday's picks this week so I'm left with the last few matches of week 6. I'm not predicting the PFN match since I've been away all weekend and don't no what team, if any, I'm gonna be able to get together. I'll start off with the match I ref later on:

8BC @ TC, Wed @ 6pm - This seems like a pretty obvious one. TC have a few good players on their side and if anything are under-achieving with 8 points from 5 games this season. Pom has played well so far as you'd expect, but players like Itchy l3alz and Mike I imagine will look to also kick on themselves and improve their records. I don't know a lot about the 8BC team but to be fair it's not looking like anyone is having a stand out season so far. With 2 draws and 3 losses this season a point would likely be a welcome one for 8BC at the end of this match. I think a fair few of the TC players might be a little bit too good for this 8BC team and it's really a match they should be winning. I'll take 5-1 TC.

LS @ EC, Wed @ 6pm - This match is probably a little harder to predict and could be a close one. Despite the whole situation with EC having a win reversed last week, the SS match is the only thing I have to go on with them, and since they did manage to beat a fairly good side (albeit with one illegal win) I can't really rule EC out here. On the other hand, LS aren't having a bad season, but aren't having the greatest seasons as of yet either. Emmitt, Tonz and particularly Jeremy seem to be having half decent starts and Jason has got some of his players playing quite well. Without doubt they'll want to push towards the top of the Premiership Conference and seal a play-off spot, and this is the kinda match they need to get 3 points from to do that, 4-2 LS.

MP @ SS, Thur @ 7pm - Another possibly tricky match. Looking down the SS player stats page it's clear to see they've got a wealth of interleague players, and due to the fact they regularly have a lot of bodies in the Expo on Fridays, some of them must be fairly experienced. I don't know too many of them but judging by their records this far they're going very well (with 4 wins and 1 draw). MP aren't having quite as impressive a season with 3 wins and 2 losses, but recently have seemed to be picking up again on the interleague stage, and you can never really put it past them to sneak a win out of nowhere. Ian and Mike have played well so far, but need support from other players if MP are gonna secure a play-off spot come the end of the season. 3-3.

thursdays predictions dont matter, even if SS lose, in a week or so the whingers will do or say something to Jason and the result will change to a SS win or Draw.

Its very sad im guessing has nothing to do with jason hanging with the SS mob and will probably play for them next season...prolly why SS got a draw after EC cheated

can we say that last line again?.....thats the dq took place a player "cheated" to become eligible and thats the result was changed.....no other reason and was their player bragging about it that brought the matter up..you clearly dont know what happened so get some facts 1st.. whats happened as happened decision made and that should b the end of it.

firstly theres no chance i would leave LS for SS in wpc. The reasons for the EC SS match will come out when i have had a admin meeting with my admin on friday. I am in every league that is in WPC except EC lol so dont throw that at me I have been very very fair this season. Like my fellow admins have
