Welcome back to Sports scene! I hope everyone enjoyed there holiday/vacation and I hope you all had a good Christmas a a very happy New Year. I definitely had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year. We come back to WPC season 5 in the Semi Finals. It is a new year but the 4 best teams this season are left. LPL, SP, SS and MP. The question I have is can these top two seeds be beaten? Lets look.
Match 1
Sexy Poolerz (1) vs Straight Shots (4)
Date and Time: Tuesday 5th January @ 6pm
Room: Bicycle Race
Key Men: SP - Pete, Snooky and Ste
SS - Pascal, Chris and Nish
So Straight Shots have had a better playoff campaign this season than last season. This is because Shelle got a lot more eligible and the players ain't let SS down this season. SP finished top and have probably been the joint best side in WPC this season because LPL have been awesome too. SP love all cammed interleagues. They have won in MLP fives and are going well in GIT so SP look good all round. This however is the playoffs and SS have momentum but I dont think its enough for SS this week.

Match 2
Latino Pool Legends vs Magic Pool
Date and Time: Wednesday 6th January @ 6.30pm
Room: Logan
Key Men: LPL - Tino, Ant and Opti
MP - Chris, Missy and Joe
This looks a good match up as MP shocked XP in the first round of the playoffs. LPL got the bye for finishing runners up but this will be a different cattle of fish for MP. If LPL show up with there strongest team it shouldn't be a problem for LPL. Lets see what happens but MP seem to be able to show up and perform on the big nights!
Score: 3-3 LPL win on the decider
